General descriptionThe multipurpose complex “Laime” includes two four-storied elite apartment buildings with 66 flats, underground parking for 93 cars, the recreation and sports center (baths, cryogenic sauna, massage rooms, workout room, fitness room, room for boxing and other sports, swimming pool and spa-center, beauty parlor) on the 1st level, a beautifully improved territory with children's playground, paved paths and benches, illumination etc.
The total area of the land lot is 6437 sq. m.
At the present moment, a draft design of the complex has been developed. The detail design of the complex is under development.

Location
The construction site for the complex is located in a secluded part of Jurmala – in Jaundubulti, 200 meters away from the seashore. There are some private apartment houses around this site; the pine forest is just 30 meters away.
Distance to the Riga airport is 15 kilometers, and to the centre of Riga – 25 kilometers.
Description of the Project
The complex includes two four-storied elite apartment houses:

1st floor : the living area of apartments – 1777 sq.m., area of terraces – 273,9 sq.m., the area of staircases – 284,5 sq.m., the recreation and sports center – 98,9 sq.m., the total area of the 1st floor – 2434,3 sq.m.

2nd floor: the living area of apartments – 1997,3 sq.m., the area of terraces – 149,7 sq.m., the area of staircases – 167,2 sq.m., the total area of the 2nd floor – 2314,2 sq.m.

3rd floor: the living area of apartments – 1429,8 sq.m., the area of terraces – 549,7 sq.m., the area of staircases – 154,6 sq.m., the total area of the 3rd floor – 2134,1 sq.m.

4th floor: the living area of apartments – 938,8 sq.m., the area of terraces – 553,4 sq.m., the area of staircases – 76 sq.m., the total area of the 4th floor – 1568,2 sq.m.

1st level: the recreation and sports center (baths, cryogenic sauna, massage rooms, workout room, fitness room, room for boxing and other sports, swimming pool and spa-center, beauty parlor) – 579,1 sq. m.
The total living area of all apartments – 6142,9 sq.m.., оthe total area of all terraces – 1526,7 sq.m., total areas of apartments and terraces – 7669,7 sq.m.
The total area of the recreation and sports center – 678 sq.m., the total area of staircases – 887 sq.m., the area of the underground parking and technical premises – 2608,2 sq.m.
The total area of the project is 11832,8 sq.m. The build-up of this site is 40 %.
Each apartment will be provided with adjustable microclimate for each room, separate ventilation and recuperation system, central air-conditioning, several telephone lines, internet connection, satellite TV, fire safety and security systems, each entrance will be equipped with a noiseless elevator. The complex will be ensured with round-the-clock security, as well as video surveillance system.
The ground area is supplied with town’s utilities – gas supply, power supply, water supply and sewerage system, heat supply, telecommunications.
It is also possible to construct a hotel or an office center at the site.
