Company «InterHaus» deals with investments, real estate as well as construction of the elite housing estates and commercial real estate in Latvia and Europe since 2002.

Alexander Basharin is the president of the company.

The founders of the Interhaus company have a wealth of experience in preparation and realization of projects related to building of multi-flat and private housing, hotels, office premises, and leisure centres.

The company has built and realized a whole number of residential and commercial projects, including the following:

• The elite residential complex with the commercial floor areas “Sea Castle” in Jurmala (at 33, Bulduru Avenue, Bulduri). The complex includes two elite apartment buildings, office building, restaurant, beauty parlor/spa, confectionery and delicatessen shop, and underground parking garage.
• The exclusive residential complex “Jurmala Wave” in Jurmala, (at 13/15, Dzintaru Avenue, Dzintari);
• The elite residential complex “Amber Residence” in Jurmala, (at 5, Madonas Street, Dzintari);
• The apartment buildings and commercial real estate in Jurmala and other regions.

At the moment the company «InterHaus» develops the following investment projects for construction of the residential and commercial real estates:

• Reconstruction of the legendary restaurant “Lido” as well as the construction of the guesthouse in the very center of Jurmala, in Dzintari;
• The elite residential complex “Academy” in Jurmala, in Bulduri.
• The multipurpose housing development project of the ground area in the center of Jurmala. The ground area is 22519 sq.m.
• Construction of the multipurpose sports complex, which includes the football stadium for 10 thousand spectators, training fields, office center, hotel as well as foundation of the Children's Football Academy in Jurmala.
• A number of the investment projects in Latvia and other regions.

The company is widely engaged in charities, supports and promotes sports in Jurmala, including the amateur, children’s and beach football, boxing and windsurfing.

Company «InterHaus» arranges and conducts the charity actions for children from the needy and large families. The company has instituted the prize «For contribution to education», which shall be annually awarded at the New Year's Teacher Ball to two teachers from Jurmala. Every year we plant 3000 pine trees in Jurmala.
